Wiat are the most popular Duotts e-bikes?

The most popular Duotts ​​models are primarily the C29 series (C29, C29Lite, C29Max), powerful fatbikes and light off-road bikes F26, F26Lite and S26, mountain e-MTBs E26 and E29, and the N26 model with a more "motorcycle" character.

Do you have spare parts available in your shop?

Yes. We stock most common wear and service parts (brakes, drivetrain, wheels, lighting, cables, sensors, and controllers), and if necessary, we can order components directly from the manufacturer or through official parts channels.

How much is diagnosis?

Diagnostics don't have to be expensive! Basic diagnostics for electronic faults start at just 60 PLN.
Diagnostics for battery problems, on the other hand, are only 150 PLN.

How diagnostics looked like?

We understand the design of these bikes, their schematics, and common faults, so we begin with a thorough inspection of the electrical system (motor, controller, wiring, sensors) and mechanical components (brakes, drivetrain, wheels). Based on this, we select a specific repair instead of just replacing everything "by eye."

Jak długa trwa naprawa?

Proste naprawy eksploatacyjne (hamulce, opony, dętki, napęd) zwykle realizujemy od ręki.
Podstawowe usterki elektroniczne z części z naszego magazynu, takie jak: PAS sensor, sterownik, wyświetlacz, wiązka główna, lampki - także zrobimy natychmiastowo!
Usterki elektryczne wymagające części spoza magazynu zależą od czasu wysyłki od dostawcy lub Duotts – standardowo kilka dni w przypadku magazynu w Polsce, dłużej jeśli część idzie z zagranicy.

Do you install helpful accessories for food delivery?

We install additional battery rails/holders that conveniently hold a spare battery. We can mount these holders on both the frame and the rack, so the courier always has a second battery at hand. We also have a range of waterproof phone holders and other gadgets available to make work easier!
